Can I use copyrighted images?
No. You must own the rights to any images you use. Don't upload copyrighted characters, logos, or professional photography without permission.
What if I make a mistake?
You'll have a chance to preview your design before printing. Make sure everything looks perfect before you confirm! All sales are final once printed.
What if there's a printing defect?
If there's a genuine printing defect (smudging, misalignment, etc.), contact us within 7 days with photos and your receipt. We'll replace it for free. See our Refund Policy for details.
