REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Print Phone Cover for your custom phone case needs. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order at our kiosks.
1. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your custom phone case has been printed at our kiosk.
Each phone case is made to order based on your unique design or uploaded image, and therefore cannot be resold or reused.
2. QUALITY GUARANTEE - DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
While we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or design changes, we stand behind the quality of our printing and products.
**We will replace your phone case FREE OF CHARGE if:**
- There is a printing defect (smudging, fading, misalignment, or poor print quality)
- The case arrives damaged due to a manufacturing error
- The wrong case type was printed
- The case does not fit your phone model despite correct selection
**We will NOT replace your phone case if:**
- You uploaded a low-resolution or blurry image
- You are unsatisfied with how your personal design turned out
- You selected the wrong phone model at the kiosk
- Normal wear and tear occurs after regular use
- The case is damaged due to misuse or accidents
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT FOR DEFECTS
If you believe your phone case has a printing defect or manufacturing error, please contact us within **7 days of purchase** with the following:
1. Your order receipt or transaction number
2. Clear photos showing the defect or issue
3. Description of the problem
4. Kiosk location where you made the purchase

Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will provide you with instructions to receive your replacement at no additional cost.
4. KIOSK PREVIEW - YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Before finalizing your order at the kiosk:
- **CAREFULLY REVIEW** your design on the preview screen
- Verify you have selected the correct phone model
- Check image quality, positioning, and orientation
- Confirm all details are correct
Once you confirm and complete payment, the printing process begins immediately and cannot be reversed.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We do not provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Customer changed their mind after printing
- Customer uploaded wrong image or design
- Customer selected wrong phone model
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Normal product wear over time
- Damage caused by dropping, scratching, or improper care
- Dissatisfaction with personal design choices
6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
In rare cases where a refund is approved by our management team:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the kiosk
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer
7. DIGITAL CONTENT
Any digital designs, templates, or images provided through our kiosk system are for one-time use only. Once your case is printed, you do not retain rights to reuse, distribute, or resell any proprietary designs or templates.
8. CHARGEBACKS
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Dispute the chargeback with documented proof of service
- Ban you from using our kiosks at any location
- Pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
Please contact us directly first so we can resolve any issues amicably.
9. DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING (PARTNER ORDERS ONLY)
If you ordered a case through a special partner arrangement that includes shipping:
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged packaging and product
- We will ship a replacement at no charge if damage is confirmed
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Phone Cover's liability is limited to the purchase price of the phone case. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
