Thank you for choosing Print Phone Cover. This Shipping Policy explains how you receive your custom phone cases after ordering at our kiosks.
1. IN-STORE PICKUP ONLY
**Print Phone Cover operates through self-service kiosks located at partner retail locations.** All custom phone cases are printed on-site and ready for immediate pickup.
**Most custom phone cases are printed same-day for in-store pickup. Shipping options may vary by location.**
We do NOT offer traditional shipping or delivery services. Your custom phone case is created and handed to you instantly at the kiosk where you placed your order.
2. HOW IT WORKS
Our printing process is designed for immediate results:
Step 1: Visit one of our kiosk locations
Step 2: Design your custom phone case using the kiosk interface
Step 3: Preview and confirm your design
Step 4: Complete payment
Step 5: Wait 5-10 minutes while your case prints
Step 6: Collect your finished phone case at the kiosk
**Your order is complete as soon as you receive your printed case at the kiosk.**
3. PRINTING TIME
Average printing time: 5-10 minutes
- Simple designs: 5-7 minutes
- Complex or full-coverage designs: 8-10 minutes
- High-resolution images may take slightly longer
Please remain near the kiosk during printing. Your case will be ready for pickup as soon as the printing process is complete.
4. NO MAIL DELIVERY
Because our service is instant and on-demand:
- We do not ship products to your home or office
- We do not offer mail delivery services
- We do not use shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- There are no shipping fees, tracking numbers, or delivery times
Everything happens in person at the kiosk location.
5. KIOSK LOCATIONS
Our kiosks are located at various retail locations throughout Texas, including:
- Shopping malls
- Retail stores
- College campuses
- Airports
- High-traffic public areas

Each kiosk operates during the business hours of its host location.
6. PARTNER LOCATION POLICIES
Our kiosks are located inside partner retail locations. Please note:
- You must comply with the host location's rules and policies
- Access to kiosks depends on the partner location's operating hours
- Some locations may have security or entry requirements
- We are not responsible for parking, access, or other host location policies
7. CASES LEFT AT KIOSK
If you leave the kiosk location without collecting your printed phone case:
- We are not responsible for lost or abandoned items
- Cases left at kiosks may be discarded after 24 hours
- No refunds will be issued for uncollected cases
- You must return to the same kiosk location to retrieve your case (if still available)
**Please collect your phone case immediately after printing.**
8. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
In rare situations where a kiosk malfunctions or cannot complete your order:
- Staff at the partner location may assist you
- You may be directed to visit another nearby kiosk location
- Refunds will be processed for orders that cannot be fulfilled
- We do not offer alternative delivery methods in these cases
9. BULK ORDERS OR BUSINESS INQUIRIES

- Shipping options may be available for verified business partners on a case-by-case basis
- Standard retail customers must use in-store kiosk pickup
10. PARTNER PROGRAM - SHIPPING FOR KIOSK EQUIPMENT
**This policy applies to customer phone case orders only.**

11. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Our kiosks are currently located only in Texas, United States. We do not offer:
- International shipping
- Cross-border delivery
- Mail forwarding services
You must physically visit one of our kiosk locations in Texas to use our services.
12. DIGITAL DESIGNS AND CONTENT
When you create a design at our kiosk:
- Your image/design is used once to print your case
- We do not email or send you digital files
- We do not store your designs after printing
- All uploaded images are permanently deleted from our systems after printing
If you want to keep your design, please save it on your own device before uploading to the kiosk.
13. LOST OR DAMAGED CASES
Since you receive your phone case immediately at the kiosk:
- There is no risk of shipping damage
- Cases are not lost in transit
- No delivery delays or missing packages

We will replace defective cases at no charge if reported within 7 days with proof of purchase.
14. PRIVACY AND PACKAGING
Your phone case is printed in a semi-private kiosk environment:
- Other customers may be nearby at the retail location
- Your design is visible on the kiosk screen during creation
- Finished cases may be handled by retail location staff
- No special packaging or discreet shipping is available
If privacy is important to you, please design your case at a time when the area is less crowded.
